Troubleshooting is the process of analysing and identifying a problem to enable yourself to fix it. In recent operating systems like Windows 7 and iOS the troubleshooting capabilities within the systems can even fix the problem by themselves.
To find troubleshooting on a Windows 7 PC follow these steps: 1. Click the start button. 2. Click Control Panel. 3. Continue to System & Security. 4. Then click Find and Fix Problems. During the troubleshooting process on a Windows PC it may asks you some questions, try and answer these to the best of your ability. If the troubleshooter cannot fix your problem it will present you with several options, choose the best that is suited for you. |
This is a short guide I made that will help you find the troubleshooting options on the Windows 7 operating system.
